Renovation of the toilet facilities from April 13 to July 10, 2026
We are pleased to announce that the restrooms in TB 5 will finally be renovated during the summer semester! The collections and study areas will remain fully accessible to you; however, no restrooms will be available for the entire duration of the construction project. We ask that you use the following alternative facilities:
the restroom in the vestibule between Kranen 1 and Kranen 3, Monday through Friday
the restrooms in the surrounding university buildings (e.g., KR12 Hochzeitshaus) during their respective opening hours.
There may be significant noise, particularly during demolition work. Free earplugs are available at the circulation desk while supplies last. The branch library may have to operate without staff on these days.
During construction, a Campusprint machine (using virgin fiber paper) and a book scanner will be available in the open-access stacks. The copy room must remain closed.
