New Publication: ReDema – A Questionnaire for Assessing Resources and Demands in the Workplace

As part of the PsyGesA project, Vera Hebel, Elena R?der, and Prof. Dr. Judith Volmer developed and validated the ReDema questionnaire.

The aim was to create a scientifically sound and practically applicable tool for measuring job demands and resources.

Based on the Job Demands–Resources (JD-R) theory, the questionnaire covers 28 dimensions (19 demands and 9 resources). Special focus was placed on current workplace challenges, such as digitalization and organizational change.

The ReDema was validated in three studies with a total of 4,000 participants. The results demonstrate strong validity, as well as added value compared to established instruments.
