Our aim is to process your application for enrolment as quickly as possible. Please allow us a few days to do so. The order in which applications are processed depends on when we actually receive your documents and, of course, on whether the documents submitted are complete.

If the documents submitted are incomplete, we will contact you by email.
Applications for enrolment in degree programmes with limited admissions are given priority due to the fixed deadlines in the corresponding admissions procedures.
Enrolment processing usually takes approximately three weeks, depending on how many applications for enrolment are received at any given time. We ask that you please refrain from contacting us any sooner about receipt of your documents or processing status.
Following successful enrolment, you will receive the personal access data for your studies and further information by email. Your student identity card (chip card) will be sent by post to the address you gave in the application.
We wish you a good start at the University of Bamberg!
